HOW DO WE BOOK YOU AND OTHER PRESSING QUESTIONS
Cost will be base on the individual job performed, and scope of work required, as well as the time spent at your property. You'll find us very competitive for the services we offer.
FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATIONS
Depending on your needs, we offer a full 16 hour, 8 hour or 4 hour refresher course. ServSafe Manger certification is $89 with a minimum attendance of 12* staff members. Food handlers costs $30. Both include proctoring of the test. Workbooks are sold separately and must be pre- ordered. Please contact me at my above number for the next local testing site and date. If a computer test vs a paper test is requested please assure high-speed internet access and ample computers are available. Personal laptops are acceptable.
*Certification at your property other than STX, will adjust to $40 per person,assuming we are at the daily property rate.
IN-HOUSE TRAINING AT YOUR PROPERTY
Our daily rate for a property visit is $600. We charge $200 for travel days. Schedules written for your property will outline our training schedule, based on your staff availability and generally are intense to give you the most training for your cost layout. We ask that you provide us with room and board, laundry service if needed, and you will be charged for air-fair round trip in coach. You will be billed for airport transfer to and from your property but all other expenses, like off property meals, car rentals etc. will be our responsibility. In most cases we book two instructors to accommodate shift schedules at your establishment.
HOW ARE THE CURRICULUM WRITTEN?
Each and every job we perform will have it's unique curriculum and schedule, based on your needs. By the time we arrive you will have a full outline of the work we will perform. Our goal is to make the training lasting so that you receive the most for your investment. No property is the same nor are the employees. We take in consideration the education levels, language barriers and any other issue that may hinder the learning outcome.
